Specifying ProPlus2016Volume in ODT yields an Invalid product messages when doing the configure. For volume licensed Office 2016, we need to download installation package from VLSC. But from volume licensed Office 2019, we can run ODT to download the package from CDN.

I also had Office 365 Personal already installed. I ran the installation for Visio 2016 (which I think was office professional; but I just wanted visio) and it has overwritten everything with 2016. Plus it never gave me the option to just install Visio; it just popped up "we're installing" and bam. That was it.
